Captain On Board
On a boat there is only one boss, and that’s the captain.
Everyone must follow his orders and requests on board.
He knows better than anyone about every stuff what is on His boat.
His knowledge is all in good smooth and divided the jobs well among the crew.
The people under him directly perform the tasks assigned as he want.
It is no easy task to achieve that on large boats.
The responsibility of the ship and passengers is in his hands.
When their is a problem , He will be the last one to abandon the ship.
Only not all captains will have that in their mind.
And they will abandon a sinking ship.
